We are working on our abilities to stretch a moment out in time by zooming in on a specific moment in time.
Our next step is to use the Google Cultural Institute to help create some interesting perspectives of moments in time.

We all worked together today to avoid the perilous 'death sludge' and melting chairs to successfully cross the river. It was hard work but we got there in the end. Here are some photos of Room Five in action.

Superheroes of Learning

Room 5 children are superheroes of learning. We shall overcome our fears, possible distractions and taking the easy road in our learning. We will soar over all obstacles, we will smash down the walls that we come across.

100 word challenge #1

Using a picture of Mistletoe Bay and the words 'clear/view/unexpected' the children were asked to write a story using no more than 103 words.

I was pleased with the result first time around.
